Monthly Retainer

Hi there! If you’re reading this page, we’ve likely already corresponded via email. Although every retainer agreement will vary, here are the general stipulations of my retainer services (only reserved specifically for my previous clients)! :)

Here's how my monthly retainer service works:

  1. Agreed-upon set of tasks. I'll need to know, beforehand, what types of website maintenance and/or short-term design requests you have. That way, I can let you know if the package you have selected should suffice. Examples:

    • Content upload

    • Page cleanup/re-designs

    • Social media graphics, etc.

  2. Upfront payment for a set number of hours and tasks. 3 different retainer packages:

    • 2-hour design time (for $30/hr) = $60 total

    • 5-hour design time (for $25/hr) = $125 total

    • 10-hour design time for ($23/hr) = $230 total

  3. Weekdays only. Any requests made during weekends will not be accommodated until following week.

  4. Unused hours will expire, as rollovers defeat the purpose of allocating retainer time each month. I'll always notify you if I'm running close on hours hitting their threshold and if I'm about to go over.
